About Z-Marine
Continuous improvement – From strong traditions to modern solutions
Z-Marine is a Norwegian design and engineering company based on Eigerøy in Egersund, Rogaland. Rooted in Norwegian maritime traditions and with an international reach, we develop and manufacture robust, high-quality equipment for the offshore, marine, fisheries, and aquaculture industries.
Since our founding in 1998, we have built a strong reputation for reliable service and technical expertise. Originally focused on service and maintenance for the fishing and marine sectors, we gradually expanded into developing our own product lines. Today, our portfolio includes cranes, winches, hose and umbilical reels, and other advanced deck equipment – all engineered to perform reliably in demanding maritime environments.
In 2025, we strengthened our capabilities by integrating Hymech AS, a company established in 2004 with deep expertise in hydraulic and mechanical systems for the oil and gas industry. Together, we bring decades of hands-on experience and a broad range of technical know-how – from custom engineering and manufacturing to global service and support.
Our main operations are located in Norway, supported by additional engineering resources in Klaipėda. This ensures we deliver tailored solutions and responsive service wherever our equipment operates.
